Following product and installation quotations and your instruction
to proceed to order, you can pay for your purchased product
by all major credit or debit cards, send your payment by cheque,
or discuss finance options with our Customer Service Team
member.

We instruct a local Surveyor to contact you to arrange a mutually
convenient appointment to carry out our Pro-Survey option.
The Surveyor is often a member of the Installing Team which
will be assigned to your project.

Upon completion of survey, you sign the WINDOW SCHEDULE ORDER
and/or DOOR SCHEDULE ORDER form and pay the Surveyor directly.
The standard rate for up to one hour is £100.00. Most
surveys take less than one hour. For complicated or larger
orders where additional time is required, the surveyor will
charge you £50.00 for any part of an additional hour.
On every occasion, the Surveyor will advise you of the cost
of the survey prior to commencement.
4.
Following receipt of the completed survey, supplied by the
Surveyor, we acknowledge your confirmation and advise you
and the assigned Installation Team of earliest delivery date
by e-mail.
5.
The assigned Installation Team Leader contacts you directly
to discuss and confirm mutually convenient installation dates.
Any changes made to these dates by either party must be advised
to the factory to avoid delivery errors. At this time, you
should arrange waste disposal with a local skip-hire company.
This procedure is left to you to arrange to save you money.
If you have difficulty, the assigned Installation Team will
be happy to assist.
6.
Delivery and Installation takes place to order. Following
installation, you should pay the assigned Installing Team
directly. The cost of installation is pre-determined at quotation
stage, unless further requirements are made by you following
this stage. Paying the Installing Team directly saves you
VAT and overhead profits normally required by other companies.
7.
The completed installation is advised by your assigned Installation
Team. At this time, completion documents, including FENSA
or Building Control forms and guarantee insurance are completed
at the factory and forwarded to you following registration.
